A Good Day

…to back up my photos! I’m terrible when it comes to backing up my pictures and only do it maybe twice a year, but I came across a fun blog the other day (Ivoryhut or A Half hour a day, I can’t remember which one of you posted that – check out both their blogs (see links on my blog roll), they’re a fun read!) and saw a reminder about backing up your files. Then my lovely computer started making a really scary noise when I started it up, and I thought I better back up this year’s pictures, just in case. Better safe than sorry!

I just did a full system back up last week… something so easy but yet we all seem to “forget” or put it off… glad you are doing it!

  3. Good for you! I have all my photos in an external drive, but I do plan to back them up as well. By the way, I think it was KD’s A Half Hour A Day that talked about backing up. I’m hardly ever responsible like that. 🙂

  4. We have an external drive, too, but it’s collecting dust on top of Greg’s desk. DVDs are an easier option for me.
I THOUGHT it was on KD’s blog, but I found them both on the same day and read quite a bit of them… and then couldn’t remember where I saw what 😉

Yup, add me to the list of think about it but don’t do it as often as I should. I got an external HD for xmas and I have to stay it’s the best option for me. All my pics are all there, frees up memory. Mine stays hooked up all the time, sit on top of the modem so I can easily get my pics. But, thanks for the reminder!
