Wrong Lens!

This was taken on the same day as the soccer pictures (see yesterday’s blog entry). I planned on using my 60mm (macro) lens for those, but realized in the car, on the way to the soccer fields, that I still had the kit lens on the camera! Greg was willing to turn around and go back home so I could switch lenses, but I told him no, this one would work. I never expected to find this cute little bug crawling on Melissa’s shirt…

  3. Doreen, you are too funny!
And yes, a lens does make a huge difference. I should have just taken both of them.

  5. Still a great shot. If I took that, I’d be almost glad I had the “wrong” lens. I wouldn’t have thought to take a shot like that if I had a macro lens with me.

I know you probably wanted more detail of that little guy, but this shows just how tiny he was! Still an awesome shot!
