Christmas Kittens

Wow, the second bonus post this week! With any luck there will be one tomorrow, too!

Well, we decided to get the girls kittens. They saw them recently and totally and completely fell in love with them, so Greg and I went back and got them.  Aren’t they adorable? Sara’s is the little orange one because it looks just like Treva’s Ginger (aka Mr. G), and Melissa’s is the Siamese.

LOL, I was thinking the EXACT same thing as Amy!!! I was going to ask if they are real!! The exact same pose on both kinda gave it away. You can’t fool this pet loving girl, lol!!!

You REALLY, REALLY need to get the REAL kind of kittens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Amy and Doreen, good catch! But I never said they were real! 😉
We stopped at one of the stores downtown one day on the way back to the car after Sara’s dr.’s appointment, and they sqaw these kittens and just LOVED them!!!! So we picked some up when Greg and I went Christmas shopping.
I did put them in a box and poked holes in the top, and then wrapped them in gift wrap and poked the holes through that, too….. because you know they girls will treat them like real kittens!
And NO!!! No real ones. Not until they’re old enough and responsible enough to take care of it themselved. Mom is NOT going to get stuck doing it! 😛

Phew. I am so glad they are not real………I was thinking these were interbred cats…………like that pink nose just sticks too far out, lol!! They are adorable and way to fake your kids out thinking they’re getting REAL pets for xmas, lol.

Hmm, isn’t Melissa 11, maybe 12? She’s moving out of the house soon……….I think it’s LONG overdue to have a pet in the house! And cats are super easy………….you can leave the food and water out all the time, no need for a sitter when you go away and I’m sure Greg would have no problem changing the cat litter! LOL!

  10. One more time, we have been reading each others blog at the same time. I was just going to log in, to write you a comment about the charming cats, when I saw your comment.
To be true, I didn´t see that the cute animals aren´t real, I even thought that you were such a clever photograph, to make them stay in the exact same position…:-) LOL
