Becky, that’s great that there’s an action for it. I used this tutorial and made it work for PaintshopPro http://www.tiltshiftphotography.net/photoshop-tutorial.php
Kristie, this was at the mall, and we (Amber and I) went there specifically to take pictures for some fake tilt-shift.
