2009/55: Passion Flower

From last October. I didn’t even notice the heart shape in the background until just now.

  3. That’s one of the weirdest flowers I’ve ever seen. Great color. That purple would pop on metallic paper. The heart is a nice touch!

These are stunning flowers, aren’t they? My old neighbor grew them, vines along our shared fence. The new neighbors…well, they don’t have green thumbs.
    Anyway….I love this shot.

  5. They do look strange, but I love them!
Green thumb or not, I couldn’t grow them. My dear sweet husband likes to mow everything down that’s in his way, like the red cannas that were in the back yard when we first moved into this house.

  7. It is a pleasure to see such a clear picture. (And well composed.) I can´t wait to get a better camera, too.

It’s gorgeous! Man, you are really killing me with these macro shots. I need to find some hidden money to get a new lens!
