2009/236: Happy Day
Today is the first day of school… Melissa is starting 8th grade, and Sara is in 1st grade.
Plans are to drop the kids off at school and then head to the movies with Amber to see The Timetraveler’s Wife… and then head to the gym to work out before it’s time to pick up the kids from school.
and yes, the heart and smiley on the grapes are real.
Happy grapes. I like it!

OMG! I can’t believe I never even thought of going to the movies. Let me know how it is, I loved that book. I still have 2 weeks until my kids start school. I can tell I have a lot to learn from you!

Michael, they’re home already? I have 30 min. left until I have to pick up Sara.
Deanna, yes, go to the movies!! Amber and I are going to make it a once-a-month thing 🙂
Timetraveler’s Wife was really good… kinda sad, too, but I really liked the movie.

It seems funny to hear you all talk of starting school at this time of year. Our school year starts at the beginning of Feb, finishes up in Dec. So.. we’re on the last leg of the school year.
Funny grapes!

The book is in my pile to read… should I see the movie first, or read the book first… or perhaps skip the reading and just the movie… hmmm
If The Proposal is still playing in your area you girls should go to see that. I just saw it and lol’d it was very funny. Put it on the netflix if it’s not in the movies anymore

I’ll pass on “The Proposal”, I can’t stand Sandra Bullock! We’ll probably go see “Love Happens” next month.

Read the book years ago….it slammed me. I don’t even want to see the movie because I was left so wrenched at the end of the book! Don’t want to go through that again! lol…I know…I’m a sap! 🙂

I want to see julie and julia…looks really funny.
I have a love-hate relationship with sad movies. Must be great to have some time again. I can;t wait…now if I could just get Ben out of the house….

I want to see “Julie & Julia”, too!
LOL I know how you feel about getting the hubby out of the house… it’s sooo annoying when Greg works from home! Sure, it can be a good thing, too, but I can’t stand it when he’s on the phone all.day.long!! I need QUIET!
