crop happens…

We’re thinking of a little trip to Colorado in March and I was wondering if anyone reading my blog lives there, or has ever been there and can suggest some things to see and do.
We definitely want to go to Colorado Springs and see Garden of the Gods, and Pike’s Peak (snow!!!), but what else??

  2. We honeymooned in Southwestern Colorado and loved it! (The header picture is from there).

We loved Pagosa springs and Mesa Verde. But I don’t know how kids would like it.

  3. Thanks for the suggestions.
Greg e-mailed his colleagues in Colorado Springs, and they had some great suggestions, too.

  4. It’s been about 15 years since I’ve visited friends there, so I don’t remember specific places. You should go – it’s really beautiful! Great photo ops.

  5. No way. You go up North and bring this awful weather back with you and now you want to go to Colorado in March! NO WAY.

  7. I like Colorado in JULY! Have stayed in a little town called Green Mountain Falls which is near all of the place you mentioned. Won’t ever be able to contribute to what it’s like in March though. The CO flowers in July are like our March flowers… that’s close enough to another winter for me. : )
