2010/024: Indiana Snow, Part 5
On our last day, New Year’s Eve, it warmed up just enough to make the powdery snow into a wet snow… perfect for a snowball fight and building a snowman.

You really got your guys motivated to get out there and have fun! My boys just look at all the lingering snow and never want to play in it. I wouldn’t mind a good snowball fight every now and then.;)

LOL No motivation needed, they were begging to go outside and play in the snow every day…. and then we almost had to bribe them to make them go back inside.

yes, I agree w/ Amy, it’s get old really quick around here. I’m so glad they never got bored w/ it and helped make an awesome vacation!
I guess tomorrow is snowman pics????

Snow IS fun for a while but its appeal does start getting old. Unless there is a variety of things to do in it, build snow fort, build snow man, sledding, etc… But even then it gets old unless you invent things to do differently for each one, sledding with ramps, or seeing who can go down the hill and out onto the frozen pond the farthest, etc..
Over all I’m happy we didn’t have to get to the “invent” stage. That’s normally when somebody ended up getting hurt.

Aww, honey! Did you fall through the “frozen” pond a few times? 😉

I love that second shot, but can’t help wishing you’d cropped it some.

Blue, you’re right. I think it would work better if it was cropped a little more.
