Great sense of scale and the colors in fly complement the colors in the wire.

You must have either great patience or great reflexes (or both) to get these great bug shots! The bugs I run into don’t seem to like having their portraits taken… or this is another sign that I will eventually have to give in to the siren song of a DSLR!

I was the same as Doreen. Initially I was so drawn to the rusty barbed wire that I didn’t see that plain ol’ fly. 🙂

As my reader crops the pics from the right, I saw only the close up of barbed wire. Thought, “Hmm, Michaela’s pics are taking an aggressive turn!”
