I was going to say lemon meringue pie also. At first I thought fried egg with huge yolk, but then I saw the tell-tale cracks in the meringue!

yup, lemon meringue pie. Wow, I can’t remember the last time I had this type of pie. I use to eat it all the time as a kid, gives me a warm fuzzy feeling 🙂
