  5. Thanks everyone! These were tiny little things that Melissa found in the front yard one morning, where our mimosa tree used to be (city came by to trim it because of the power lines, and killed it 😦 ) Glad I took pictures when I did, because once the sun hits them, they don’t last long.

    • Hmm, I couldn’t tell you for sure.. these pictures were taken several weeks ago, but I think the larger ones were about 1 1/2 – 2cm in diameter at most.

  8. Funny little things! I thought at first that I was looking at the underside of the mushrooms and that you had somehow cleverly managed to get your lens underneath the fungus! When I think about the size of a DSLR and the height of most mushrooms, I guess that was a pretty silly thought.
