    • Thanks!
I kept it safe between the pages of a book for the rest of the vacation, and now I have it laminated.

    • Um, sure! Go to the Wisconsin Welcome Center on I-94, just north of the WI/IL border and look in the grass. I’m sure there’s more. Oh, and wear Off! Those mosquitoes are awful! LOL

  3. Has it brought you any luck yet?
I used to work with someone who had an uncanny knack for finding those. She could peer over a patch of clover and pluck a 4-leaved (leafed?) one out in a few minutes. I watched it happen one day!

    • Hmm… not sure if it’s brought me any luck. Maybe I should start carrying it around with me and see what happens?
Funny thing, when we were at this Welcome Center, I saw that there were a LOT of clovers and said to the kids that they should look for four-leafed ones, and as SOON as I said that, I spotted this one!
Unfortunately those darn mosquitoes were sooo bad, and we didn’t keep looking for more.

Did you know that there are five-leafed clovers, too? I found several back in 1999 when we went to visit my family in Germany (found them in my mom’s yard)
