Has your sweetie gifted you flowers again? (Michaela, I think you should share your secret!)
I like how the centre draws you in, in this shot.

Ha! I wish! My sweetie gifting me flowers doesn’t happen very often, especially when there’s no flower-gifting-occasion.
These were from Valentine’s Day. He gave me a bouquet of different color roses.

A yellow rose! Marvelous. TEXAS!
“She’s the sweetest little rosebud That Texas ever knew,
Her eyes are bright as diamonds, They sparkle like the dew;
You may talk about your Clementine, And sing of Rosalee,
But the YELLOW ROSE OF TEXAS Is the only girl for me.”
I like to gift my wife with flowers but I admit that I have ulterior motives.

You’ll get a kick out of this… I absolutely hate (re: HATE) the time change so Sunday I wasn’t in the best mood. I just kept walking around saying that it was all ‘Bullshit!’.
Jim thought this was hysterical and kept wishing me ‘Happy Bullshit Day’. So, I offhandedly said, ‘What? No flowers?’ thinking nothing of it. Flash forward to Tuesday and Jim brought home the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers with the card saying “I hope you don’t think THESE are Bullshit! Happy Bullshit Day!” 🙂
Hilarious! I hope to get a chance to photograph them…

Bullshit day! LOL! I only dislike it for a few days while it is dark when I go to work again. But then I’m happy for the extra hour of light at night. Are you feeling better now Tracy? 😉

Nope. It will take me a good 2 weeks to adjust. I just keep feeling like I am behind all day long.

So pretty Michaela – your rose shots always make me feel like I could fall right in and be very comfy.

Thank you, everyone!
Tracy, I don’t mind the time change in the spring, but in the fall it makes that Sunday seem like it will never end!

Stunning. It literally took my breath away for a second. I love the color and detail.
