2011/102: Inner Workings
You may remember back when we replaced our DVD Player with a Blu-Ray Player, and destroyed the DVD Player. Of course I had to take the remote control apart, too, and take some pictures. Kind of disappointed that there’s really not much to those things. The most interesting part is where the batteries go (see last picture).
How odd! I was talking to a guy who photographs tiny electronic components yesterday. Often, he photographs control panels and their component boards. Anyway, he said that light was the most critical aspect; lots of highly diffused light. I like the coil shot best.

the things we do for photography 😉 I’ve never been one that was curious to how things work but these pics def. make it a bit more interesting!

Yes, coil shot is my fav. too. It’s good to focus on something different than flowers every once in a while esp. if you want to keep your male readers. lol

May my flower posts inspire all the husbands to go buy their wifes some pretty flowers 😉

I also like your focus here on new and different objects. And I think you catched 3 fine shots – of which my favorite is the last one 🙂

The second one is pretty cool, but the last is my favorite too.

Thanks everyone. Seems that the third is everyone’s favorite (including mine).
Next two posts scheduled are flower-less… not sure yet what will happen on/after Friday 😉
