Can’t wait for dinner tonight! We’re going to Mooyah Burger (yum!) because they are donating 15% of the receipts dropped into the box to Melissa’s school’s Relay For Life team.

MooYah, what a brilliant eye catching name!
Even better that they are supporting a local school events.
Bravo to them for standing up and helping out.

A lot of restaurants here help with fundraisers for the local schools. Probably a great way to boost business… and a great excuse to eat out every once in a while.

Yes, please. I’d like fries with that. They look delicious.

Looks like you’ve been there before – great shots!
14. April, 2011 at 11:30
Yup, been there twice! 🙂

All I can say is that I’m glad it’s already lunchtime here NOW, as you’re making me hungry… 😉

I’m making me hungry, too!

never heard of it but it looks yummy! have fun!

They seem to be pretty new, at least in our area. I had never heard of them either, but they’re popping up all over this area.
14. April, 2011 at 17:14
It’s clearly just me, as everyone says it looks good, but… when I first saw the fries pic, I thought it was something weird done with cigarettes. Honest!
Our chips (we only call them fries if they come from MacDonalds- in every other restaurant is Aus. you order chips 😉 ) don’t look like that.
14. April, 2011 at 16:14
I would never subject my camera to taking pictures of cigarettes… yuck!
Now you’ll have to take pictures of your chips and show the rest of us what they look like Downunder 😉

Those fries look good. Do they have sweet potato fries? Those are my fav.
14. April, 2011 at 16:37
Oh I WISH!!! Sweet potato fries are my favorite, too!
14. April, 2011 at 17:16
I’ve never been to a MooYah Burger, but I might have to find one (no matter how frantically I paw at my screen those fries are just not coming out)! 🙂

LOL it’s no scratch ‘n’ sniff either 😉
Mooyahs seem to be mostly in TX, but there are a few scheduled to open in other states, too, soon.
14. April, 2011 at 17:18
Mainly just a TX restaurant, looks good I wish there was one closer for me to try! What did you get?
14. April, 2011 at 18:26
Sounds like a good excuse to come to TX? 😉
I got a junior burger on a wheat bun, with swiss cheese, lettuce, grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms, and special mooyah sauce. And fries. Made the mistake of getting their mango iced tea…. yuck! Next time I’ll stick with a Coke.

Dang it’s bedtime and I just got hungry! Mooyah!!
14. April, 2011 at 22:24
Is Mooyah a local chain? Never heard of them but it looks delicious!
15. April, 2011 at 08:56
I don’t know where they got started, but right now all their stores are in TX. I saw on the locations page of their website that they’re opening a store in Hartford, CT this summer, guess that would be the closest one to you 😉
