I remember the big, chunky cell phones, and who knew back then that you would ever be able to send text messages (what he’s doing in the photo) and surf the Internet on your cell phone?!
As for land lines, I remember a time when we didn’t even have a phone at all, because my parents didn’t get one until the late 70’s.
Just think…20 years ago having a land-line telephone was the world’s most used way to communicate.

long distance relationships are so much easier in today’s technology for sure. crazy how much it’s changed in the last 20 years. great pic!
