This is one of the few cannas left, after Greg mowed down the other ones (this one is under a tree) and I went outside to photograph it, but when I saw the grasshopper, I photographed him instead.
Jewel, this was taken a while ago (June?). Everything is pretty much dead here now from all the heat and no rain.
Doreen, I KNEW you would mention vacation pics! I was only able to go through six (out of 15) days and delete the non-keepers. Need to finish weeding out and then I will start editing. Going to be a while longer, sorry!
