2011/286: I Live In My Own Little World…

… but it’s OK, they know me there.

Photo inspired by Holly, except hers is so much cooler than mine!
Can I come live in your world, Holly? They can get to know me there! 😉

This is the picture I used to create the above

  1. This is SO COOL!!! I LOVE it!! The trick to this technique is finding an image that will work, and you DID it!! Great job!!! 🙂

    • Thanks, Holly.
I agree, not everything will work. You need something with a simple foreground, and something sticking up into the sky…. with both sides of the image matching closely in color. I think this photo would have worked better if it had grass or more trees in the foreground, instead if the wall.
This was really fun to do (and not all that difficult) and I’ll be looking for photo ops specifically for this effect 🙂

  2. Very cool! I’ve been wanting to give this a try. Having read your comment to Holly, I’ll keep those things in mind and see if I can’t find something specifically for this effect.

Truels, I don’t have Photoshop, I use Corel’s Paintshop Photo Pro.
