2012/247: Munising Falls
Munising Falls is another one of the many waterfalls in the Munising, Michigan area that’s worth visiting, even though there wasn’t a lot of water, it was still a pretty waterfall.

Yes, absolutely beautiful!
We visited 15 waterfalls (although some seemed more like rapids than waterfalls). Here’s a few more vacation facts if you’re interested

Looking at your waterfall pics make me want to explore more of our waterfalls. It’s so breathtaking to visit them, isn’t it?

Yes! You have sooo many so close to home!
We certainly had fun exploring. We only gave up on finding one waterfall (can’t remember the name of it) because we didn’t have very good directions on how to get to it, and the path was leading further and further up, and the river was waaaay below. Just didn’t seem right, and we turned around after a while and went back to the car.

Very pretty. I can imagine what it would be like after a good rainfall. 🙂

Thanks, Robin! Yes, some good rain a few days before would have been nice. I think it was this waterfall, that I saw a picture of it in winter, and that looked really pretty, too, because it actually freezes in the winter.
