2012/338: Invasion Of The Ladybugs (1)

Had hundreds of these crawling all over the front porch on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. They were fast, though, and it wasn’t easy to get a picture of them.

You have got some nice shots of these ladybugs! I’ll never forget a year more than 10 years ago, when we had an invasion of them here. I was working as a teacher, and was at camp with a class on the east coast of Jutland. And they were everywhere and biting us all, the only place we could be left in peace was far out in the water!

Wow! Great shots of a pest I’m afraid I don’t appreciate much. We get swarms of them every fall. I was surprised to find they bite.
