Okay, are you my long lost sister or something??! LOL
After reading your comments (thank you by the way!) I took a meander over here. I love it! Family, photography, and Lost?! And you’re a Hell’s Kitchen watcher to boot?! lol
(I just spent 20 minutes trying to get the LOST widget to show up over at my place…so far unsuccessfully.)
Mom of two girls, one boy, and a Nikon D40 here. 😉
By the way, I think you’d like Shrew’s Shutters as well. A friend of mine started it up about a year ago. We play with photography over there…a nice small community. It’s in my blogroll if you want to check it out. Nice to meet you!

I found you via Kathy’s Blog (Lake Superior Spirit) and am loving your photos.
I’ve been browsing too and found your “walking” record, brilliant idea!
I’m on the long haul recovery from a ridiculous fall and surgery to correct my rearranged foot, but in several months after I’m off crutches I hope to be back doing fitness again too, so your way of keeping track really appeals to me.
I like very much the style of your photos the close ups, cropping, textures and colours, you are a photographer after my own heart 🙂
That said I’m still very much trying to get to grips with close ups and know I have very much to learn. It’s nice to find a blog that inspires me.

Hi Michaela,
Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your pics and offer a little something in return (since you consider Jigzone fun). Our team launched a site with online jigsaw puzzles (thejigsawpuzzles.com) a year ago and now it has a whole lots of stuff to have fun with jigsaws: over 2000 puzzles, fullscreen, the feature to make puzzles of your own pics and so on.
