These are “Diddls”. They’re very popular in Germany and some other European countries. I’m starting to see them pop up here in the U.S., too. Tons of Diddl products available, like stationary, pencils, pens, erasers, greeting cards, post cards, folders, playing cards, plush, collectible figurines (see picture above – they are really small), wallets, key chains, bookmarks, jewelry, etc.
