That’s basil? Huh, it looks so different from mine. Oh, wait a second, this is close up of the seedy-bloomy things that pop up the top of basil plants, right? I pick those things off all summer to keep the plants from going to seed too early. I was starting to wonder why Texas basil looked so different, LOL!

  Yup, it’s the top part of the plant… but it’s Minnesota basil, not Texas 😉
