Almost Featured
I discovered something this morning, when I checked my blog stats. Several of today’s visitors found their way to my blog from WordPress’ Photography Tags page, and I had to go check it out. Fellow blogger Robin has one of her posts featured on this page, and several of mine are listed right next to hers! Very exciting 🙂

This just proves that adding tags really pays off (next goal: Freshly Pressed 😉 ).
I never used to add tags, but recently decided to go through my posts and add them. Still have many, many posts to go!

I’ve seen that happen with my posts too – I’ve seen them listed in the photography tag. I’ve been wondering if WordPress gives bloggers their own little personal list when you go to the photography tag.

I saw this post of Robin’s post got Freshly Pressed, too.
Oh, yes, use those tags not only for your posts but use captions in your photos which also get found by WP.com and search engines.
