I was listening to Car Talk recently and the caller was headed to California in an old car to intern for the fall grape harvest. How fun would that be? I wish that I had been more adventurous.
Red grapes (and purple) do start out green too! I have concord grapes growing in my yard (but the birds got most of them this year, darn it) and they start out green. Such a nice reminder of nice weather – and my favorite season, now gone by.
