2011/309: Red Rock Canyon State Park

On day 2 of our recent week-end getaway to Oklahoma, we left the hotel after breakfast and made our way to Red Rock Canyon State Park, on State Highway 8, about 10 miles south of Hinton, OK.

We stopped here for a few minutes to enjoy the view.

This duck (goose?) saw us and came swimming over, hoping to get a little breakfast, and model for a little photo shoot. Sara was taking pictures with her cell phone’s camera.

    • It’s Melissa’s old pre-paid one. She mainly has it to play the games that are on there, and to take pictures. She does send the occasional text message, especially when Greg is away on business… or she texts Nikki to ask about C.
Melissa was kind enough to give it to her a few months ago when her (new)phone messed up and she blamed Sara for it. Couldn’t have been her fault, but now that Sara has her own phone, she’ll leave Melissa’s alone.
