I took the photo… dusted off the tripod, used the self timer, and ran back and forth.

Well, it depends on the day. I’m stuck at about 42 lbs., but I keep gaining a couple, then losing them again… gaining, losing… very frustrating!

Ashley, my secret is walking. I started at a local park early this year, and then joined a gym in June. I eat less, too, meaning smaller portions and not as much junk food. (Not easy with all that Halloween candy calling my name, and the holidays coming up! Might have to start all over again in January! LOL)

I am so totally inspired by this! You look amazing! I just was checking your blog and I am not surprised that you are in a size 4. Now that you are skinnier than skinny, you are going to have to allow more pictures of yourself! You look great! I know how hard it is to loose weight and I am just so impressed! Way to go!!
